2020 New Year Countdown with Fireworks, Light and Fire Show at Darul Hana Bridge Kuching

With the countdown of the end of year 2019, and the moment the clock signaled the start of year 2020, Darul Hana Bridge at Kuching Waterfront is blasted with amazing fireworks, along with the water fountain, fire and light show from the Kuching famous musical fountain, there is cheers of joy along the Kuching Waterfront.

It is all start off at 7PM at night where the exterior of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly Building (Malay: Bangunan Dewan Undangan Negeri Sarawak) is lit up with colorful light projection. The color changes in sequence from red, green, blue, and several hues in between.

By 10PM, people from all around the Kuching city already gathered around the Kuching waterfront, waiting for the anticipated countdown fireworks. This is not the first time having countdown at this memorable tourism location with many landmarks nearby.

At the mean time the Darul Hana Bridge light show is up as usual with color changing LED lights that lit up the bridge. The bridge had been closed for days in prepare for the countdown fireworks.

The VIP signal the countdown to ten and the water screen projection shows the countdown. Everyone countdown together with the emcee.

As the countdown struck zero, the first flare of fireworks begins at Darul Hana Bridge, signify the new beginning of year 2020.

The fireworks accompany with the musical fountain water, fire and light show. The whole celebration lasted for around 10 minutes.
