Mr Benak is the Bodybuilding show in Pesta Benak. Body Builder from various part of Sarawak, Malaysia and even Brunei come and compete for the title of Mr Benak. The competition is categorized by height and weight. Contestant are require to performed compulsory gestures and judges will give marks and impressions on their physical and performances.
