“Pertandingan Ratu Kebaya” is held at Pentas Budaya Ria (The Grand Stage). It is fashion show finalist of the 10 best Kebaya Nyonya Fashion. 10 Candidates will compete each other in three segment: Fashion Display, Cat-walk and Question/Answer rounds. Winner will become the “Kebaya Queen”.
Kebaya Nyonya is a variety form of traditional clothing in Malaysia, which result of amalgamation (or merging) of two distinct cultures- the local Culture and the Chinese Culture. Kebaya is a traditional blouse-dress combination originated from the earlier Javanese Majapahit Kingdom, while Kebaya Nyonya is usually worn by those with Chinese ancestry.
Local artist also are invited to the event to entertain the masses with Special dedication from their latest albums and MVs.
