Tasik Biru – The blue lake at Kuching Sarawak

Tasik Biru literally translated to Blue Lake in English. Tasik Biru located at 5 minutes from Bau township, which is around 35km (45 minutes) from the Kuching City center. It is accessible via road connection from Kuching-Bau road. It is also not far from another two attraction of Bau Township – namely the Wind Cave and the Fairy Cave. The name of blue lake was coined as the featured appearance of the calm and deep lake that reflects the blue sky onto the lake, making it appears blue in a sunny day.
