The Tidal Bore of Batang Lupar is the main attraction and event of this Festival. At a predicted time there will be a gush of tidal waves sweep along the Batang Lupar River from the Bay to upstream inland. Wave Surfer local and international are attracted to this single strong wave, and loves to try and surf the Tidal Bore wave. At times the wave will be very high, depends on the Tide water height.
