The meal box is made of aluminum and it is easy for heating up and handling. The box is seal from both side of the top lid. You need tear off the seal to open the meal box. On the inside, it is well organized with separated compartments for the Sweet sour fish with gravy and rice. Mix or dip at your own liking.
As an in-flight meal, it is consider decent as the sweet and sour is light to the tongue and the meat is slightly soft, although is not comparable with the one fresh from hawker stalls. Do try one of these when you are hungry on the long flight journey.
